I assist you with everything you can think of: If you require a venue inspection, I will assist you in finding the perfect venue, making recommendations according to your specifications. I will visit these recommended venues with you and also assist in regards to the hiring requirements, the most feasible layout, decoration requirements (draping, candles, flowers etc) arranging bar & wait staff (if they do not come with the venue) and anything else that may be required.
I also deal with all suppliers (musicians, florist etc) on your behalf, give them all your requirements, book them and confirm them. I might also do some bargaining with them to ensure better prices and the best possible value for money. As I have a selected number of superb suppliers that I enjoy working with, that is trustworthy and hard working, you do not have the added stress that this person you hired in might be ripping you off, or even worse, disappear with the deposit money!
Me and my staff will be at the venue well in advance to do / check the set up, and I will be there until formalities are over to make sure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.
